Ice cream ERP for small creameries
BatchlyHQ is ice cream production software. It does the production side of an ERP, made for a shop that makes its own.
A creamery's ERP has two halves. One keeps the books, runs the register, and pays people. The other knows what went into each batch, what it cost, where it went, and what goes on the label. BatchlyHQ is the second half, in the words your kitchen already uses.
What it covers
Batch and lot tracking
Each batch gets a code as it comes out of the batch freezer. It keeps the lot of every ingredient that went in.
Forward and backward trace
Trace a supplier's lot to every batch made with it, or a batch back to the lots it was made from. With advanced traceability, follow each bucket to the locations and customers it reached.
A recall report
Print what the trace found, or save it as a CSV. Mark a batch recalled and its page says so.
Recipe cost per batch
Each recipe costs its batch at the ingredients' newest prices, then each bucket and pint from what the batch makes. Change a price and every cost follows.
Allergens
Each ingredient carries its allergens. A pint's label prints its ingredients and what it contains, with the batch code.
Oldest first
A newer bucket or ingredient package asks first while an older one is on hand, and the dashboard lists what has sat too long. With advanced traceability.
Inventory across locations
Count flavors by the freezer and the walk-in at each location. One location asks another for stock, and sees it on its way.
Wholesale shipments
Wholesale customers, buckets scanned onto each shipment, and a packing slip. With advanced traceability.
Labels
Pint and bucket labels you design yourself, printed on a Brother QL or a Star printer.
Made for a small shop
Priced per location
The basics for each location, then only the features you switch on. Every price is on the pricing page.
No consultant
Start a free trial and set it up yourself with your own flavors, mixes, and batch freezers. Ask for a walkthrough if you want one.
Plain words

Questions
Is BatchlyHQ an ERP?
It does the production side of one: recipes with their costs, batches with their lots, inventory across locations, labels, and wholesale shipments. Your books, your register, and payroll stay in the tools you already use.
Does it do accounting?
No. BatchlyHQ knows what each batch costs, but it keeps no books. Your accounting software and your point of sale stay as they are.
Is it for big manufacturers?
No. It is made for shops and small creameries that make their own ice cream, at one location or several. It was built at Gold Spoon Creamery in Cincinnati, for its own kitchen.
