Bucket and pint labels with the flavor, its ingredients and allergens, and the batch code, printed on a Brother QL or a Star printer.
Print from any phone or iPad
Print a batch's labels from the run, or any label from the Labels page: a bucket's, a pint's, a walk-in or defrost tag. The preview shows each label before it prints, and the line under the button says whether it printed.
Labels you design
Each label type is yours to change. Type its lines, drag in what fills them, like the flavor, the batch code, or the date it was made, and watch the preview as you go. Add days to a date for a use-by.
And with it
Ingredients and allergens
A pint's ingredient panel and its allergens come from the flavor's recipe.
Two at a time
A bucket gets two labels as it comes, one for the lid and one for the side. A pint gets its front and its ingredient panel.
Off, not lost
Turn a label type off, or archive it and bring it back later.
The day it was made
Made on stays the day the batch was made, even on a reprint.
On a shared iPad
A shared iPad on the line unlocks with each person's PIN. A shared device can keep its own printer.
Lined up
Print a test pattern and move the margin until it sits right.
Questions
Which printers does BatchlyHQ print to?
A Brother QL, on continuous tape or die-cut labels, and a Star printer that connects by CloudPRNT.
Can I print from a phone?
Yes. The iPhone and iPad app prints to a Brother QL straight over Wi-Fi, and any device prints through your shop's print agent or to a Star.
Can I make my own labels?
Yes. Add a label type, choose its template, and design its lines. Duplicate one to try a change on the copy.
What does Label printing cost?
$5 a location a month, billed yearly, on top of the basics. Each location switches it on for itself.
