What you put in BatchlyHQ is your shop's. Here is how it's kept.
It's yours
Your recipes, costs, counts, and records belong to your shop. An owner can export all of it at any time, and take it with them.
Kept apart
Each shop's data is kept apart from every other's in the database itself, not just on the screen. One shop can never see another's.
Signing in
Passwords, passkeys, and a second step for anyone who wants one. A shared iPad unlocks with a PIN, and every change says who made it.
Backed up
A copy every day, encrypted before it leaves us, kept with a second provider in case the first ever fails.
Our help, when you ask
We see your shop's data only when an owner lets our support in, for the hours the owner picks. Every look is logged.
Invoices read for you
Invoices and labels are read by Anthropic's AI when you ask. They are not used to train it.
No ads, and we never sell your data. The Privacy Policy has the whole of it.
