Ingredients and invoices

Every ingredient as its package says it, with its price and its allergens, kept current by your suppliers' invoices.

Each ingredient, as its package says

Give each ingredient its manufacturer, its ingredient list word for word, and its allergens. Every label's ingredients and Contains line come from them. Give it the price you paid, dated, and every recipe that uses it is costed.

Invoices, read for you

Scan a supplier's invoice with a phone, upload it, or email it to your shop's own address. BatchlyHQ reads it, you match each line, and applying it puts what came in on hand and each price on its ingredient.

And with it

How it comes packaged

A case of six half gallons, or 1,000 cups in sleeves of 50. Counts, recipes, and invoices all use it.

Your supplier's words

Match a supplier's name for an item once, and its next invoice matches it by itself.

Supplies

Pint containers, lids, cups, and cones, each with its price and its count. A pint packed takes its container and lid.

Prices kept private

A role that receives deliveries but does not see prices can still put them on hand.

A price that rises

Say how much a supplier's price may rise before you hear about it.

Lots and best-by dates

With lots tracked, each invoice line keeps its lot code and best-by date.

Questions

What can I send as an invoice?

A PDF, photos taken in the app, up to five pages, or an email to your shop's own invoice address.

Does an invoice change anything before I check it?

No. Nothing moves until you apply it.

Who sees an invoice's prices?

Only the roles that import invoices. Someone who receives deliveries puts them on hand without a price.

Do ingredients and invoices cost extra?

Ingredients, their prices and their allergens come with the basics. Invoices and what is on hand come with Inventory tracking, $5 a location a month, billed yearly, on top of the basics. Each location switches it on for itself.

Every price, from the invoice.
